Sauté pans will serve you well
Choose at least one sauté pan and make certain it’s large enough to be multi-purpose. Use this pan to sauté mushrooms and vegetables, but also for braising, frying and simmering. Think thick chops and pieces of fish that you like to finish off with a nice sauce. The 24 cm sauté pan also makes a show stopping upside down pear cake or tarte tatin. AND our 28 cm sauté pan also has a second small handle to allow for easier lifting.
