Frying with finesse
We’ve got just the right size and shape to suit your needs. Use a small one to fry an egg or two and a large one to prepare crispy skinned meat or fish. The lower edge on a fry pan makes it easy to lift out eggs and meat. And if your oven is large enough use a fry pan for tart tatin. Delicious. If you like a higher edge on your fry pan you might want to consider a sauté pan. AND 32 cm fry pans have an additional small handle for easier lifting.

I own the 20 cm.skillet. I use it for all kinds of things that I make in small portions, such as a fried egg or one serving of veg or fried potatoes. This size skillet also makes the perfect sized cornbread for two. Browns it beautifully and releases it easily. It’s good to melt butter for a baking project. These pans and overall line of cookware is the best I own. I have a few other pieces and the beauty of this copper cookware is that they cook well and can do double duty as serving dishes. I researched all copper cookware before I purchased and I think this is the best the market has to offer.
