24cm Perfect for 2-2.6 people portion

24cm pan can hold up to 4 eggs, 1 big ribeye steak, or portions for up to 2.6 people. By .6 i mean 2 typical adult portions + 1 smaller portion, and the pan would still be spacious enough during cooking. It is the perfect size for like 500g of ground beef, but i found it difficult to stir 1000g of ground meat. I use this pan a lot, it is solid, weighted just about right to move around or do some tossing. If i go with the 28cm, it would probably be too big, but I am getting the 28cm sauté for larger portion for my ragu Bolognese searing.

2023 Highlight

One of the best purchases of 2023! I have been looking to buy a copper pan for a long time and really wanted a long lasting frying pan, oftentimes the cheap frying pans warp and make it difficult to cook and also just a waste of money. This is most absolutely an investment and so worth it. This pan has been an absolute delight to use. Whatever people say about stainless steel do not listen, there are just a few tricks to make sure that the pan is correctly heated for a great outcome with all your meals. Will most definitely be looking to purchase again in the future! Will do business with again.

Sweet little pan

I love this pan. It is the perfect size for two eggs in the morning. If you preheat the pan well and use a small amount of oil, the eggs come out great. Scrambled, fried. I also love this pan for my cornbread recipe. It’s the perfect size. Lastly, any kind of heated dip looks so elegant in this pan. And last, some frozen veggies for two cook up like a charm. The pan retains the heat so well, and low heat is all that is needed once things get going. JOY to use.
