After much research on copper cookware, I decided to purchase this gourmet set from Falk and I couldn't be more pleased. These are extremely high quality and absolutely beautiful - I love the brushed copper for a unique look (and also easier to maintain!). They cook like a dream and beautiful to serve right to the table. I would highly recommend this set as it really meets all of your needs (though I did add the 32cm l stew pot as well).
